Original Art - Escrow Services

All Original Art sales are based on our Escrow services, this means that all payments for Original Artwork are held in our Escrow account until the artwork has been received and confirmed by the buyer. On receiving satisfactory notification from both parties will the payment be released to the seller.

• Peace of Mind: The funds will be verified and cleared prior to transferring your art to the buyer through our Escrow account.
• Security: Our Escrow services protects you against credit card fraud, insufficient funds or credit card charge backs.
• Guaranteed Payment: Because the funds are held in Escrow, payment is guaranteed once the art has been received and confirmed by the buyer.

Secure transactions with peace of mind
Our Escrow team work closely with both buyer and seller. In the event that the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase, "for instance the artwork has been damaged in transit", the seller and the buyer must come to a mutual decision over the outcome. Only on receiving notification of a mutual decision from both parties will we act upon either refunding the buyer, or releasing payment to the seller.

Only 20% commission on Original Art up to $10,000 USD
Our Escrow service has been made available to artists so that transactions of Original Art may be mediated safely. We charge a minimal Escrow fee of only 20% for art sales up to $10,000 USD. If you have art valued at over $10,000 USD, please contact us first before presenting the art for sale.
